Luminate Gynecology is a membership-based direct care practice, meaning visits are not billed to insurance directly—this simplifies the experience, making longer appointments and direct access to Dr. Patel possible. One flat monthly rate covers the time, attention, and continuity that good medicine actually requires—and that you've been looking for. No insurance billing, no hidden charges, and no surprise bills. Your testing, labs, and medications can still go through your insurance.

Continuous, on-going care

Membership includes everything you need for your gynecologic care:

  • As many visits as your care needs, in-person or virtual

  • Direct access to me by email and secure text between visits

  • Same-week appointment availability and priority scheduling

  • Annual preventive exams

  • Coordination of labs, imaging, referrals, and follow-up

A-la-carte Visits

Single visit for a specific need

$450 // 90 minute visit

A one-time visit for a specific concern — a full 90 minutes, unhurried, with a simple booking process. Already a patient? You're welcome to book a follow-up visit to continue your care. Between-visit messaging and priority scheduling remain reserved for members.
